I’m Courtney, a Fashion Design graduate with a passion for costuming, upcycling, and creative sewing projects. With experience working backstage for Cirque du Soleil, managing events with large-scale contracts like the State Fair of Texas, and designing costumes for theater and retail environments — I bring professional expertise and a hands-on approach to every class.

I’ve also taught high school Career & Technical Education courses, so I’m skilled at developing curriculum for students of all ages, including homeschoolers seeking credit. Whether you want to learn beginner sewing skills, create fashion and formalwear, or dive into costume design and home décor projects, I’ll guide you every step of the way — with classes taught in the comfort of your own home.

Booking & Policies

All classes taught in the client’s home for convenience and comfort.
Students provide their own sewing machine, tools, and materials for most classes. Group sessions and certain workshops can include fabrics and supplies — ask when booking.
Classes must be booked at least 5 days in advance.
All prices are based on 1 student per hour and may adjust with complexity of project(s).
A 20% deposit is required to reserve your spot.
Cancelations made 14 days prior will receive a full deposit refund. Later cancellations forfeit the deposit.
Materials fees apply if you want me to bring special fabrics or trims for your project.
Flexible scheduling available — daytime, evenings, weekends.
